Osteopathy is a gentle, manual therapy that is aimed at restoring health to the human body. We use our hands to assess and address the structure (anatomy) and function (physiology) of your entire body. Treatment is customized to each and every individual. Just like how there are car mechanics, we consider ourselves body mechanics. We want to make sure that the relationship between all parts and systems of your body are working together. Osteopathy considers the entire body and all of its parts and tissues. This includes muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, bones, organs, fascia, arteries, veins, lymphatics, nerves, and their relationship.

Devin Narsai, B.Sc., M.OMSc is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and is a member of OSTCAN Alberta. He completed his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto (Psychology and Neuroscience) and then Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. He works with the body’s structure (anatomy) to affect its function (physiology) by addressing all tissues of the body (muscles, fascia, ligaments, etc). This allows the body to function optimally and better create health to self-heal and regulate, alleviating pain and symptoms. Outside optimal range (too much or too little) is where the disease occurs. Outside of the clinic, Devin loves cooking, walks, exercise and having lazy days.

My favourite thing about my job is the constant ability to learn more about the human body, while supporting others - at all stages of life - on their journey of health. Outside of my clinical practice, I love nature walks, exploring the forest, exercising and challenging my body, my cats, experimenting in the kitchen, baking sourdough bread and lounging around at home.
